As an Analyst you will support our advisory teams across the breadth of market entry engagements, including early research and go-to-market planning. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to build a foundation in international strategy consulting within a focused, expert team at Taij Consultants.

What You Will Do

• Conduct market and competitor research across our focus sectors
• Gather and analyse data to support market assessments and entry roadmaps
• Prepare polished, well-structured materials for client engagements
• Support senior colleagues in partner identification and go-to-market work
• Contribute to internal knowledge on markets and their regulatory environments

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record, typically in business, economics, international relations or a related subject
• Some exposure to research, analysis or a professional environment through internships, placements or a first role is welcome
• Excellent analytical and research ability, with strong attention to detail
• Confident written and verbal communication
• A genuine interest in international business and market expansion
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint and the enthusiasm to learn quickly

As an Associate Consultant you will take ownership of workstreams across client engagements, guiding research and helping translate insight into strategy. You will work closely with senior advisors and clients alike, playing a central role in delivering the market entry engagements that build the reputation of Taij Consultants.

What You Will Do

• Lead research and analysis workstreams across market assessment and go-to-market planning
• Develop insights and recommendations that define client strategy
• Manage partner identification, including evaluation and initial engagement
• Grow and maintain strong client relationships throughout engagements
• Guide and support analysts, contributing to their development
• Contribute to business development and the growth of our sector expertise

What We Are Looking For

• Three or more years of experience in consulting, market research or corporate strategy, with time spent on client-facing or advisory work
• Strong analytical ability, with a track record of turning research into actionable recommendations
• Confident client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing workstreams and coordinating multiple priorities
• Interest or experience in energy, communications and IT or healthcare is an advantage
• A collaborative approach and the drive to take ownership
